General Info

Our minimum order quantity is 20 pcs (units). We would be happy to work with you on smaller orders. Orders below this re regarded as a sample order, and may incur a shipping charge. 

Shipping

We are located in Maryland, and ship most orders via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight. Orders may also be shipped via FedEx or UPS.

Some orders may be split depending on quantity and availability. Tracking numbers will be provided via email or SMS.

Packaging

We will pick, pack and inspect each key cover before shipping.

The product packaging is plain and our brand will not be shown to your customers.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days. Items must be in unused/original condition and original packaging. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns. Shipping is non-refundable (if applicable). 

Please package the items with adequate packing materials in a box to prevent damage. Refunds will be processed in 1-4 business days to the original payment method.
