🚨 Update - International Orders - April 28, 2020
We have temporarily stopped accepting new orders from Canada customers due to COVID-19 impacts on flight availability. There are significant delays with receiving International (intl) shipments. We are working with our shipping team to find another courier.
"Canada Post has advised that it is experiencing significant disruption to its daily operations owing to the temporary closure of many institutions, airlines and transportation providers. Customers should expect delays for parcel post and EMS (express mail service) items, this is the service we use." - Source
Parcel Status: A few parcels have been delivered, others have not been updated in a while & others returned to our warehouse. We will post an update as soon as we can and are working to resolve this.
See update from April 25, 2020 for further details.

⚠️ Update - International Orders - April 25, 2020
There are significant delays with receiving International (intl) shipments (e.g. orders to Canada, UK, Made to Order items etc.) due to limited flight transportation availability, as a result of the ongoing Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) impacts globally .
Because of this, you may notice that your tracking number(s) don't show an update as frequently as they normally do. Your carrier will scan the parcel(s) as soon as they are able to.
We are working to get all order dispatched and delivered to you as quickly as possible. Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly. If multiple items were purchased, your order(s) may be split & shipped separately. Tracking numbers will be sent accordingly.

USPS is making a change to its policy around delivering mail to businesses that are closed. Current policy is to indicate the date the mail is first returned to be held at the delivery facility, and hold for 10 days.
In order to accommodate businesses during this challenging time, USPS will now extend the hold period to 30 days before returning the items to the sender.

🏪 March 2020 Update - General Store Operations
The well-being of our team and customers is our top priority. We are a small team and already practice social distancing (most of us already worked remotely) to limit the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Shipping
We have not been notified of any delays from USPS. However, there may be delays --- a lot of companies and stores are moving to online delivery to get goods to customers and to practice social distancing as recommended by the CDC. This may cause a delay with your package(s) reaching your address.
Communication
We are still accepting emails & text messages. A response may take a little longer than usual, but rest assured we are here to help.
Thank you for understanding and see you all soon once this clears up. In the meantime stay safe!
